Summary	0000413: Wire knob button to IO board.
Description	Now that IO board reads are in a thread we could read the knob at the same time in a single function. This will eliminate the callback interrupt and the potential race condition. Although it seems to work OK now and how long is the pulse from the button? Is it long enough to read reliably?
