Summary0000574: Add a method to create a AP when the connection to WiFi fails.
Description

Currently the WiFi creds are hard coded and if the network goes away the connection just fails and youe are stuffed.
If it then spins up an AP a user can log into the that and set up a connection to their WiFi.
